Please note that as of Saturday, September 29, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. PDT, we suspended the ability to register new accounts and put a hold on recurring subscription fees for the current version of FINAL FANTASY XIV. You will be able to register new accounts, and subscription fees will resume, at the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

2. Legacy members will receive an exclusive in-game Chocobo mount at the launch of version 2.0.
 
3. Legacy members can request that their name be displayed in the credits for version 2.0. One name per service account can be listed in the credits.
Confirming your Legacy Membership Status
You can confirm your status as a Legacy Member via the following methods:

- We'll send out confirmation notices to the email address registered to your Square Enix Account.
- The Legacy logo will be displayed when logging into the Square Enix Account Management System and visiting the “FINAL FANTASY XIV” service account section found within the “Select Service” menu.
- The Legacy logo will be displayed in the upper left corner of the Character Select screen when logging into the game.
